  • Start our new town right — careful, affordable, transparent. Keep Okanagan Falls sustainable, welcoming the growth we need without losing what we love. And make sure everyone has a fair say — seniors, families, business owners, whichever way you voted on incorporation.

  • My promise is a financially sound, plain-language budget that minimizes the first-year tax increase. I've spent 30 years in agricultural lending and national association finance — I know how to read a budget and ask the hard questions before money gets spent, not after.

  • Okanagan Falls is open for business. I've already been in the room — I asked to have OK Falls included on Penticton's new Business Resiliency Task Force after the Bald Range fire hit some of our businesses hard. I want clear, predictable rules so builders and business owners can invest here with confidence.

  • If we don't grow, we fade — I've watched businesses close in the 2010s and through COVID. But growth has to be managed: infrastructure that supports what our businesses actually need, while protecting the waterfront and the small-town life we love.

  • I'll continue the open town-hall meetings I've hosted as your Area Director, and keep them regular — not just once every four years. People deserve a Mayor who explains the ‘why,’ not just the decision.

  • I've spent years listening to divided rooms — on incorporation, on contentious land-use proposals — and making sure everyone gets heard before a decision gets made. That doesn't change because I'd be in the chair.
